PROJECT INTRODUCTION & OVERVIEW
The high-tech packaging paper factory is invested by Quang Ninh Paper JSC in Phuong Nam Industrial Cluster, Yen Tu Ward, Quang Ninh Province, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,496 billion on a site of about 2.6 ha. The factory has a design capacity of 140,000 tonnes of product per year, made from recovered packaging materials. DECONVIN E&C is the general construction contractor for the project. Construction started on October 7, 2026, with investment and equipment installation scheduled for completion in December 2027.
