On October 7, 2026, in Phuong Nam Industrial Cluster, Yen Tu Ward, Quang Ninh Province, Quang Ninh Paper JSC held the groundbreaking ceremony for its high-tech packaging paper factory. DECONVIN E&C is honored to have been selected by the investor as the general construction contractor for the project.

The project has a total investment of approximately VND 1,496 billion and covers a site of about 2.6 ha (26,340 m²). The factory has a design capacity of 140,000 tonnes of product per year and uses recovered packaging as its raw material, contributing to recycling, resource efficiency and a circular economy.
Construction is scheduled to run from October 2026, with investment and installation completed in December 2027. Once in operation, the factory is expected to generate revenue of around VND 1,500 billion per year and provide stable jobs for about 200 workers.

This is Quang Ninh Paper JSC's second project in Yen Tu Ward, following its 50,000-tonne-per-year tissue paper factory (total investment of VND 867 billion) launched in July 2025. Together, the two projects represent a total investment of about VND 2,360 billion on a combined area of about 4.5 ha.

At the ceremony, leaders of Yen Tu Ward asked the company to ensure quality, safety and schedule during construction, and to strictly control dust, emissions, wastewater, noise and odour throughout both construction and operation. The local authorities pledged to support the project and resolve any issues within their remit.
